This policy applies to all Full Blast Marketing services and platforms.

    1. Information We Collect Through This Website

When you visit the Full Blast Marketing website, we may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and the referring website. This information is collected to maintain website security, analyse traffic, and improve the user experience.

We may also collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, business name, email address, and phone number when you complete a form, request information, or contact us through the website.

    2. Information Collected Through Forms, Calls and Chatbot Conversations

When you submit an enquiry form, request a callback, or book a Smart Receptionist demonstration, we collect the details you provide, including your name, business name, contact details, the package you are interested in, and any information you provide about what you need help with.

If you interact with the Smart Receptionist via a phone call or website chatbot, the system may collect information you provide during the conversation, including your name, contact details, reason for calling, service requirements, and any qualifying information you share. This information is used to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, book appointments or callbacks.

    3. Advertising and Analytics Data

We use third-party advertising and analytics platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, to operate campaigns and measure website and campaign performance. These platforms may collect and process data such as device identifiers, interaction data, and demographic information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We use this data to understand campaign effectiveness, improve targeting, and report on performance. We do not use this data to identify individuals personally beyond what is necessary to operate and optimise campaigns.

    4. Call Recordings and Transcripts

Where call recording or transcription is enabled, the relevant business is responsible for providing any notice and obtaining any consent required by applicable law. Recording and transcription settings can be configured for the service.

Call recordings and transcripts may include the caller's name, contact details, and the content of the conversation. We take reasonable steps to secure call recordings and transcripts where they exist.

    5. Customer Information Used for Review Requests

As part of the Found Everywhere package, we may collect and use your customer information - such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses - to send automated review request messages via SMS or email. This information is used solely for the purpose of requesting and generating Google reviews.

You are responsible for ensuring that your customer data has been collected lawfully and that you have the necessary consent to use it for review request purposes. We do not use your customer data for any purpose beyond the agreed review generation process.

    6. How Personal Information Is Stored, Used and Protected

We store personal information securely using industry-standard practices. Access to personal information is restricted to authorised personnel who require it to deliver our services. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

We use personal information to provide and manage your package, communicate with you, deliver reports, process payments, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Our CRM and connected systems may retain personal information indefinitely unless it is deleted following a valid request, is no longer required and must be destroyed or de-identified under applicable law, or a different retention period is required by law.

    7. Third-Party Platforms and Overseas Disclosure

We work with third-party platforms to deliver our services, which may process personal information on our behalf. These platforms include Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Google Business Profile, Google Search, Google Maps), AI search platforms, calendar and booking systems, SMS and email providers, and customer relationship management tools.

Each third-party platform processes information in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these platforms. Providers have their own policies and Full Blast takes reasonable steps when selecting and using them.

Some service providers may process or store personal information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where our technology providers operate. We take reasonable steps required by applicable law when using overseas providers.

    8. Marketing Communications

We send marketing emails or SMS only where we have consent or are otherwise permitted by law. Marketing messages identify the sender and include a functional way to unsubscribe. We keep appropriate records of consent and honour unsubscribe requests within the timeframe required by law. Service messages responding to an enquiry, callback request or booking are not treated as consent to unrelated ongoing marketing.

    9. Access, Correction and Deletion Requests

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, and request deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal or operational requirements to retain certain records.

To make an access, correction, or deletion request, please contact us using the details provided in the section below. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.

    10. Privacy Complaints

If you have a privacy complaint, please email it to info@fullblastmarketing.com.au. Full Blast will acknowledge and investigate the complaint and aims to respond within 30 days.

If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
