No. Every Full Blast package has no setup fee. You only pay the monthly package price plus GST. The only additional cost is your advertising spend if you choose More Leads.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. All packages are month-to-month. There are no lock-in contracts and no long-term commitments. You stay because the package works, not because you're locked in.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Because every package is month-to-month with no lock-in contract, you can cancel at any time. We just ask for notice before your next billing cycle.

Can I purchase more than one package?

Absolutely. Many businesses combine packages - for example, More Leads to generate enquiries and Calls Answered & Booked to answer every call. You can choose one package or combine them based on what your business needs.

How quickly can my package start?

Most packages are launched within 7 to 10 business days after we receive all required information and access. Calls Answered & Booked can often be ready faster once your business information and call handling instructions are provided.

What information and access will I need to provide?

It depends on the package, but generally includes accurate business information, access to the relevant accounts (Meta Business Manager, Google Business Profile, or your calendar), brand assets, approval of messaging or call scripts, and a valid payment method. Each package page lists the specific requirements.

Is advertising spend included in the More Leads package?

No. The $397 + GST monthly fee covers campaign setup, management, creative, copywriting, lead forms and reporting. Your advertising spend is paid separately and goes directly to Meta. We recommend a minimum advertising budget of $1,000 per month.

How many advertising campaigns are included?

Accepted Answer

More Leads includes one focused campaign at a time - one primary offer or service, one target market, and one set of creative. This keeps the campaign focused and effective. Multiple simultaneous campaigns are not included.

Does Full Blast guarantee leads or sales?

Accepted Answer

No. Full Blast generates enquiries through focused advertising, but we cannot guarantee a specific number of leads, sales or revenue. Results depend on your offer, market, budget and how quickly you follow up with leads. The client remains responsible for contacting leads and converting them into customers.

Is the Google package a complete SEO service?

No. The Found Everywhere package focuses on making your business easier to find across Google Search, Google Maps, Google Business Profile and ChatGPT. It is not a full technical SEO campaign, link building service, or ongoing content marketing programme.

Can Full Blast guarantee Google rankings?

Accepted Answer

No. No one can guarantee specific Google rankings. The package improves how your business is represented and found, but search rankings depend on many factors outside anyone's control, including competition and Google's algorithms.

Can Full Blast guarantee that AI platforms will recommend my business?

Accepted Answer

No. AI recommendations cannot be guaranteed. The package improves your business information so AI search platforms can more clearly understand what you do, who you serve and where you operate - but we cannot control what AI platforms choose to recommend.

Does the Calls Answered & Booked service tell callers it is AI?

Yes. The Smart Receptionist introduces itself as an AI assistant at the start of every call. We use your business name and preferred wording in the greeting so it feels natural and professional.

Can the Smart Receptionist answer only missed or after-hours calls?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can choose how the Smart Receptionist is used - for all calls, after-hours calls only, or just calls that your team cannot answer. The setup is flexible to suit how your business operates.

Can it transfer callers to a person?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Smart Receptionist can transfer calls to one nominated human destination based on your rules - for example, by business hours, caller requirements or urgency. If the transfer is unavailable, it takes a message instead.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. The Smart Receptionist connects to one calendar and can book appointments based on your available times, take callback requests, and confirm the selected appointment or callback with the caller.

What happens if the included voice or SMS usage is exceeded?

Your package includes a US$50 monthly usage credit. If that credit is exhausted, your Smart Receptionist will continue operating and additional AI, phone and messaging usage will be charged automatically to your payment method based on actual usage.

Can the packages be customised?

The packages are designed to be focused and affordable, so they include a defined set of inclusions rather than fully custom scopes. If you need something beyond a standard package, contact us and we'll let you know what's possible and what additional costs may apply.

Does Full Blast work with businesses outside Melbourne?

Yes. While Full Blast is based in Melbourne, we work with businesses across Australia. The packages are delivered remotely, so location is not a barrier. The Calls Answered & Booked and Found Everywhere packages can be set up for any location.
